This analysis was developed while working as Landscape Analyst for Panthera Colombia/ South America. The analysis was an occupancy model to evaluate the effect of landscape variables over presence probability of pumas (Puma concolor) in Paramo El Duende Natural Reserve in Valle del Cauca, Colombia. The analysis was developed using Unmarked package in R, and maps were developed using ArcMap.
