East City Museum - Evaluation and Reassessment
Objective:To evaluate and reassess property values and land use zoning in East City, focusing on the museum area.
Tools Used:
ArcGIS Pro: For mapping and analyzing geographical data.
Process:
Data Collection and Preparation:
Gathered property value data and land use zoning information for East City.
Identified key features such as fire hydrants, water mains, street lights, and parking areas.
Mapping in ArcGIS Pro:
Created two maps: one for property values and another for land use zoning.
Used shades of green to represent property values, with darker shades indicating higher values.
Applied different colors to represent various zoning types (residential, commercial, industrial, public facilities, and parks).
Outcome:Produced detailed maps that provide valuable insights into property values and land use zoning in East City. These maps can be used for urban planning, real estate assessment, and municipal studies.
Conclusion:This project demonstrates the effective use of GIS tools to create informative and visually appealing maps. The final product can be used for presentations, reports, and online showcases.
