Helping non-GIS people be GIS people

I generally am the sole GIS employee, but I like vacations.. I needed to prepare my colleagues, who have no desktop GIS experience, to meet client demands of routine production when I am away. Using Modelbuilder, and then teaching myself Taskbuilder, I built a project that my colleagues can use to quickly and easily produce several thematic maps in ArcGIS Pro. Taskbuilder has been a game changer to help build comfort among my colleagues using ArcGIS Pro. Not only does it walk them through a routine workflow, because of the customization possible in how I design that workflow - it becomes a tutorial.
