Finding possible new locations for cafes in Groningen using the Suitability Modeller using ArcGIS Pro. The map is based on factors such as;

• Cafe data points (competitor locations)

• University data points (higher demand near university)

• Number of inhabitants in the neighborhood (polygon per neighborhood, higher demand in places with more inhabitants; visibility)

• % of inhabitants between the age 25-45 (polygon per neighborhood, higher demand in amongst the population)

• Accessibility to pedestrian (polyline of pedestrian path, higher demand in places with high walking accessibility)

• Near vegetation
