Strategic Mapping and Urban Design: Developed strategic maps to propose innovative urban design solutions for repurposing unused and underutilized areas in Alexandria. These plans aimed at promoting sustainable land use while meeting the city's growing demand for housing, commerce, and public spaces.
Tram System Enhancement: Proposed the modernization and expansion of Alexandria's existing tram network, integrating it into the broader public transportation system to provide more efficient and environmentally friendly transit options for residents and tourists.
Railway Network Integration: Planned the enhancement of Alexandria's railway infrastructure, focusing on improving connectivity with surrounding governorates and reducing travel time within the city. This included the development of new rail stations, improved service frequency, and better integration with other forms of public transport.
Traffic Impact Studies: Conducted comprehensive studies to assess the traffic impact of proposed infrastructure projects, identifying solutions to alleviate congestion and improve traffic flow. This involved the redesign of road networks, better traffic signal coordination, and the creation of dedicated lanes for public transportation.
Sustainable Transportation Solutions: As part of the overarching vision for the Alexandria Governorate, sustainable and eco-friendly transportation solutions were integrated, including pedestrian-friendly zones, bike lanes, and green transportation initiatives.
