This project required the manipulation of imagery to include selective electromagnetic bands. This static map shows examples of differences between a normal color and false color composite. The normal color composite reflects the imagery as it would be seen to the naked eye, while the false color composite replaces one set of the RGB data with data from the infrared spectrum. The result on the false color composite is that the Red band now displays the intensity of the infrared reflectance, rather than the actual red color we can see in the normal color composite.
