The South Health Campus is the newest hospital in Calgary. Construction began in 2007, doors opened in 2012, and the facility became fully operational in 2016. This project used the network analyst plugin to assess how the opening of the hospital has met demands in Calgary's healthcare network. Of particular interest is to see if it has alleviated demand on the Foothills Medical Centre, which is the largest hospital in Alberta.
