This project displays the relationship between impaired water bodies, hazardous waste sites, and abandoned coal mines in the state of Oklahoma. There seems to be a correlation between abandoned coal mines and impaired water bodies in the eastern half of the state, additionally in the northeast half of the state as well. Hazardous waste sites and impaired water bodies seem to have a correlation near the center of the state north and south of Oklahoma City.
