This project explores the relationship between the groundwater contamination sties, impaired rives, and critical habitats. According to this project there does not look to be a relationship between the three variables, and rather two variables display relationships in different parts around the state. There seems to a relationship between groundwater contamination and impaired rivers in the Minneapolis and St. Paul area, and the Rochester area seems to have both groundwater contamination and impaired rivers in the area. The northeast part of the state looks to reveal a relationship between critical habitats and contaminated ground water, and this also present in some northcentral and southwest parts of the state as well too.
