For this project, I planned and led a UAV survey of San Antonio Creek to monitor channel change over time. I collected high-accuracy survey data using a UAV and GNSS receiver, incorporating ground control points (GCPs) to ensure geospatial accuracy. I then processed imagery and survey data in Pix4D to generate orthomosaics, 3D models, and point clouds. Additionally, I imported processed data into ArcGIS Pro and published layers to ArcGIS Online for visualization and analysis. In October 2024 I presented project findings at the ALERT Users Group Conference, highlighting methodology, results, and applications for water resources management.
