This project composes of a site analysis for freighter terminals near downtown Toledo based on requirements needed by the company. This included an analysis of vector data in the surrounding area and finding the suitable conditions which included

• Being located within 1 mile of an interstate exit

• Avoid areas with clay soil content

• Must not be located within 1/4 of a mile from a flood plain

• Located in an area with a housing density of less than 1,200 households per square miles

• Site must be a minimum of 10 acres in size

Various geoprocessing tasks and SQL data queries were needed to find the proper site needed.
