Water Utility Network Mapping

This project focuses on the development of a detailed water utility network map for Al-Nahdah district in Riyadh using ArcGIS Pro. The work involved digitizing the full water distribution system, including pipelines (main, lateral, and transmission), valves, pumps, meters, and other fittings.

I processed and organized spatial data to ensure accuracy and consistency, applying the WGS 1984 UTM Zone 38N coordinate system. Special attention was given to network connectivity and topology to ensure a realistic representation of flow and infrastructure relationships.

In addition, I classified surrounding buildings (residential, commercial, schools, mosques, and hospitals) to provide context for service coverage and demand. The final output includes a complete cartographic layout with legend, scale, north arrow, and an inset map for location reference.

The project demonstrates strong GIS skills in spatial analysis, data management, and infrastructure mapping using ArcGIS Pro.
