The first step in designing the study plots was to know the surface area analyzed by the LIDAR flight. For this purpose, the fraction of covered area and the 90th percentile were used. In order to carry out the stratification of the area, it is essential that each plot is represented. For this purpose, a restructuring of the data was carried out in RStudio. The map shows the Normalized Digital Surface Model (DSM or MDS) in the area of interest.
