In Portland Oregon the exercise tested the feasibility of switching the city's data collection to the geodatabase model and creating an attribute domain in the geodatabase and apply it to the waterlines feature class to ensue the valid values are entered into the table during the editing process. I can apply this exercise in conservation when looking at animal tracing data in one area and switching the data to the geodatabase model for better organization.
