In this exercise we looked at obesity rates in the state of Illinois and I set up the project by adding data to do basic processing to get the data in shape for a deeper exploration of the data. An environmental application that I can apply this exercise too, could be finding different rates in conservation methods like endangered species population rates in a given area. As well as looking at data of biodiversity hotspots in Canada.
