Nine factors were assessed to perform the site suitability assessment for a water treatment plant in Duval County, FL: conservation land, floodplains, hazardous materials, land use, power line proximity, power plant proximity, saltwater proximity, site size, and wetlands. Two sites were selected as the most suitable locations for the water treatment plant.
