The objective of this research project is to use advanced geospatial technologies, such as high-resolution multispectral imagery, Light Detection and Ranging (Lidar), and Object-Based Image Analysis (OBIA), to create a tree and shrub species map of River Ridge Ranch. This research will contribute to understanding and managing the ecological complexity of the ranch and support its preservation and future restoration.
