By combining obesity statistics from the CDC with GIS data we created feature layer over-top a basemap. By exporting select features, we modify the data set to Illinois counties. I can see using this type of map and data in a water treatment context. If an adverse water quality test was found on a single street within a large community, we could visualise and view that specific area and relevant data such as distribution lines, valves, previous and recent repairs to distribution lines, possibly locating the cause of the single adverse water quality test.
