Created using raster-based spatial analysis to identify vulnerable areas in Frisco, TX, that may lack access to facilities that provide air conditioning. By using ACS Poverty & Population Variable Centroids data, I created a kernel density map to show which regions are most vulnerable, but are also not within a 0.5-mile buffer from each public facility, medical facility, and school within the city limits of Frisco. That way, I could carefully point out which neighborhoods are most at risk.
