Using data provided by Esri, a 1000 feet buffer was created on every park, library, and school within the city of El Cajon, California. This was created for the purpose of making a restricted zone by selecting every liquor store in the city to see if it’s located within the buffer. Those liquor stores would be marked as restricted for further use in order to create a safer environment within the community.
