New York Storm Surge

Terrain Imagery data was used to create new raster layers that allowed me to visually discern the location variation in elevation values. Using the Con tool, I was able to construct a clause on what it would appear to look like if sea levels in NYC rose by both 3 meters and 9 meters in case a storm surge were to occur due to a hurricane.
