This project visualizes the spatial distribution of tree species within the Coastal Redwood forests of Northern California. Using multiple vector feature layers, each representing a different tree species type, I created a map where each species is color-coded to highlight its specific geographic range. The result is a layered, easy-to-interpret map that showcases the biodiversity of the region’s temperate coniferous forests, with a particular focus on Redwood ecosystems.
