1. A)        Chapter 8a was based in a 1,100-acre property. I completed this exercise in November of 2024. Following the workflow I converted a line feature to a polygon feature, clipped raster layers, and merged rasters.

B) I would apply this same exercise in an environmental workplace through watershed and hydrological modelling. This would help assess water flow, erosion, and risk for watersheds. I could also identify areas that would be suitable for conservation or restoration of wildlife habitats
