Users can sort the information by these variables to explore trends within Illinois, while also comparing them to neighboring states. This analysis offers insights into how factors like income and health vary across different populations in Illinois, helping to inform public health strategies and policy decisions within the state. I would apply this type of analysis to environmental health disparities, particularly focusing on the impact of air and water quality in Illinois. By integrating environmental data, such as pollution levels or access to clean water, with demographic factors like income and age, I could identify communities that are disproportionately affected by environmental hazards.
