This project investigated the location of active gas and oil wells in the state of Wyoming. The data for this project was retrieved from the Wyoming Geospatial Hub, and according to the results of this project it seems as if there are many active gas and oil wells in the northeast part of the state near Sheridan. However, there seems to be more gas wells in the southwest part of the state while oil wells are present in the southeast next to the capital Cheyenne.
