Map Title: Suitability map for Ecco-lodge Construction Sites in Manitoba and Brandon

This suitability map was created in ArcGIS using a distance‑based site selection workflow. River networks and city locations were first imported and standardized. Buffer analysis was then applied around major rivers to identify areas within 0–100 km (very suitable) and 100–150 km (somewhat suitable) for eco‑lodge development. These buffer zones were clipped to the Manitoba boundary and symbolized using a two‑class suitability scheme. Additional reference layers, including rivers and cities, were overlaid for context. The final map was completed in ArcGIS Layout View with a legend, scale bar, north arrow, and descriptive text to support interpretation.
